This is kinda on the lines of a previous post I did on natural hair isn't for everyone. In the previous post, the young lady briefly mentioned that she wasn't taking care of her hair. Due to her crazy schedule, she wasn't maintain the health of her hair. This is something that I'm sure many naturals can relate to, myself included.
Many people have a problem holding on unhealthy hair. The young lady cut 4 inches off her hair because it was unhealthy. I often trim inches of because of knots and thinned edges when I haven't been keeping up my routine.

Just because your hair is big or long doesn't mean it is healthy hair!!! Ask yourself do you have a great deal of shedding? Is your hair tangled or knotted? Is your hair dull and dingy? Are you edges raggedy and split? These are all signs of unhealthy hair. Trimming the split ends or getting back on a good hair routine and a healthy diet (lots of water) are all key to healthy shiny hair!!!
Moisturizing, conditioning and sealing are all key to maintaining healthy hair. If you have slipped, it's okay. Get back to a good and consistent routine to revive your hair back to it's natural health!
